Booking Policy
We understand life happens and things come up. With that being said, we respectfully require 48 hours notice for any cancellation / reschedule. If ample notice is not given 50% of the service will be charged. If no notice is given 100% of the service will be charged. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment please note your service may need to be changed to fit the time we have scheduled. We appreciate your understanding and supporting our small business.
We're happy to make color adjustments within two weeks of your original appointment. Requests made after this period may require new booking.
