Jay is a hair cutting specialist with a focus on enhancing natural textures and creating lived in hairstyles that are easy to maintain at home. They work with all different hair textures to create cool hair for anyone in their chair. Jay often attends hair cutting classes to ensure their work and flow can meet their clients hair goals. Jay uses sustainable products and aims to create hair that doesn’t require many products to style at home. They can be found using their straight razor to enhance any natural texture in the hair or shears for a more blended look.

Demetria is a dedicated and licensed cosmetologist with 9 years of experience in the beauty industry. Her journey into the world of beauty began with a deep passion for helping clients look and feel their best.

Vanessa has been on the Hair Lab Tampa team for three years and specializes in Blonding and Dimensional Brunettes. She is also certified in Bellami Hair Extensions. Vanessa takes a lot of pride in the quality of her work and enjoys cutting and coloring long hair, to give her clients their dream hair while maintaining its healthiness and length.

Sarah grew up in the hair industry and started her first salon job at 14! Over her 16 years of experience she has been able to narrow down her expertise to become a color and extension specialist. Sarah believes that education is key in the hair industry and you can hear her discussing the classes she takes to keep her knowledge and passion to the highest quality.

She's Invisible Bead Extension certified and has been in the industry for over 6 years! Mariah loves sharing her knowledge and expertise with her clients, educating them to feel comfortable and confident that they made the right decision. Mariah is extremely passionate about helping woman feel confident and beautiful.
